Wellbeing is complex, it's personal and it's always changing. What most of us can agree on, however, is that wellbeing is how you feel, it is experienced - inside and out. I bring my experience in working with the body through yoga and breath, and my doula certification and prenatal yoga expertise to provide authentic wellness moments to all - no matter age or gender. Dina is a certified yoga teacher and has been sharing her passion through teaching since 2015. After working closely with women in her community, Dina became passionate about providing much needed support surrounding pregnancy and birth in the UAE. She is now also a certified pre-natal yoga instructor and a pre- and post-natal Doula. At heart, Dina dedicates her work and her practice to spreading joy, compassion and wellbeing for every person who joins her safe and uplifting environment.

Join Dina's yoga classes across Dubai - from Jivamukti Yoga, to Prenatal Yoga and Ashtanga Yoga. Jivamukti Yoga classes are open to all levels, and combine a vigorous vinyasa practice with elements of philosophy, chanting, meditation and more. A doula is a person who provides practical, informational and emotional support to a woman and her family during pregnancy, birth as well as postpartum. She helps a woman and her partner have as much of a positive and fulfilling birth experience possible, from pregnancy and into motherhood by empowering and educating.
When having a doula as a member of the birth team, research shows:
decrease in caesarean rate
decline in epidural requests
decrease in lab0ur time
Dina is also a trained Thai Yoga Massage therapist - a dry type of massage that involves palming and moving the body to release tension and invite muscle relaxation. It also influences the energetic side, restoring the flow of energy throughout the body.
