YOUR INSTRUCTORS

Lina Nahhas

Lina was one of the first in bringing 5Rhythms® creative dynamic practise to the region in 2010, after spending over two decades as an entrepreneur in the corporate world. Her passion for the work has led her to Waves® level teacher certification by 2014. Weaving teaching into her life whilst running her social innovation and empathy building initiative via The Sameness project, Lina strives to impact positive social change by way of genuine community building and by contributing to higher levels of consciousness and social awareness.

“The 5Rhythms map is my metaphor and practise for everyday sacred living. It reclaims my humanity in meeting each moment with embodied presence. It frees my soul to awaken into limitless potential in alignment with body, heart and mind, all carried by spirit in its cosmic dance of mysterious unfolding. And I wish for all to dwell in this energy through my offerings. My favourite quote from my teacher Gabrielle Roth has always been: Do you have the discipline to be a free spirit”
