RADICAL LOVE SERIES 2026
A 5‑part embodied journey into care, truth, UNBECOMING, hope, and healing
Dina Ghandour and Lina Nahhas - sisters in Palestinian kinship and long-time collaborators - join forces once again to facilitate a transformative workshop series to reclaim the sacred knowing that radical love is not a concept, but a practice.
Across five weekends, we gather to move, listen, remember, and re‑orient ourselves toward what is life‑giving. Guided by 5Rhythms, yoga, meditation, systemic family constellation informed practices and ritual, this series invites us into an embodied exploration of love as a force that beckons care, cherishes the truth, questions systemic patterns, dares to hope, and returns us to what is sacred.
This is a space to be with your body, your story, and the larger field you belong to - gently, honestly, and together.
We begin February 13.
THE journey
Each weekend can be experienced on its own, while also forming part of a larger, unfolding journey. You are welcome to join individual modules or the full series. However, we strongly encourage committing to all five modules, as the cumulative build deepens the work and allows for far greater transformation. Returning with the same group over time creates trust, depth, and a shared alchemy that is difficult to access in a constantly changing container
Fridays 6-9pm + Saturdays 10:30am-5:30pm (one hour lunch break)
Once a month, for 5 months (February - June)
@ Zoga Internet City
Each weekend includes:
5Rhythms movement
Yoga and meditation practices
Guided ritual and reflection
System Family Constellation guided work
Individual and collective inquiry
No prior experience is needed - only a willingness to move, feel, and listen.
Module 1 — Radical Self‑Care // FEB 13+14
Resourcing the body, remembering support
We begin by slowing down and orienting toward safety, care, and inner resources. Through grounded movement and attuned presence, we explore how self‑care becomes radical when it is relational - when we remember that we do not do this alone. This weekend lays the ground for everything that follows.
Module 2 — Radical Truth // mar6+7
Listening to what is real
Radical truth is not about force - it is about felt sense. Through movement inquiry and embodied witnessing, we explore how truth lives in the body. We listen not only to our individual pulse - in how truth lives in the body and how it expresses with honesty - but to the wider field: ancestors behind us, future selves ahead, unseen forces that walk with us.
Module 3 — Radical Shedding + unbecoming // apr17+18
Letting systems fall apart
This is the weekend of shedding. We turn toward the systems - internal and external - that have shaped us, constrained us, and kept us small. Through movement, inquiry, and constellation perspectives, we explore what is ready to fall away.
Module 4 — Radical Hope + Joy // MAY 15+16
Reclaiming aliveness
From the compost, something stirs. This weekend invites us to feel joy not as bypass or positivity, but as a radical, embodied force. We explore hope as possibility that lives in the body - in many shapes of rhythm, breath, and connection: a bridge to collective resilience.
Module 5 — Radical Healing+ Return to Ritual // JUN12+13
Everything becomes sacred
We close by returning - to ritual, to meaning, to the sacredness of being alive. This final weekend weaves together movement, meditation, and ritual to honor what has shifted, what has healed, and what continues. We remember that healing is not an end point, but a practice of relationship and interdependance of all that has been, that is, and will be.
PRICING
In many Indigenous and ancestral cultures, value was not fixed by hierarchy or profit, but by relationship, reciprocity, and responsibility to the whole. This offering is resourced in that spirit. We trust participants to choose the tier that is true for their current capacity, knowing that every choice helps sustain the wider community and the work itself.
